Hyperspectral Imaging Cameras/ Spectrometer

LLA provides UV-VIS (350 nm - 950 nm) & NIR hyperspectral imaging cameras incl. illumination, calibration, installation bridge & comprehensive software tools for an immediate installation in a plant. VIS-NIR and SWIR Hyperspectral imaging cameras are widely used in industry for sorting purposes. The VIS-NIR model is available in 2 versions: ■ uniSPEC0.9HSI_w - enhanced spectral resolution version, 600nm effective spectral bandwidth, reduced number of spatial tracks and ■ uniSPEC0.9HSI_s - reduced spectral bandwidth of 400 nm, high spatial resolution version The NIR-SWIR models are avaible as 3 different camera types. ■ KUSTA1.7MSI / 0.95 µm – 1.7 µm ■ KUSTA1.9MSI / 1.32 µm– 1.9 µm ■ KUSTA2.2MSIsens / 1.62 µm– 2.19 µm With regard to plastics recycling, we recommend the integration of KUSTA1.7MSI or KUSTA1.9MSI into the sorting plant. The advantage of KUSTA1.9MSI is, the camera ideally suited for plastics recycling; PVC will be reliably detected as well as all other plastics. In combination with our accessories, our products were developed in terms of the best performance.
